Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

CDA preferred

Previous childcare experience preferred

Must be dependable, patient, and professional

Must enjoy working with toddlers and preschool-aged children

Must be willing to follow classroom routines, safety procedures, and program expectations

Previous experience working with children preferred

Must be reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Must be willing to assist with meals, cleanup, transitions, and classroom support

Must follow safety procedures and program expectations

Must have a positive attitude and enjoy supporting young children
Administrative
Support
Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

State-required childcare trainings required

Associate Degree in ECE or Related Field

Previous leadership or administrative experience in a childcare center preferred

Must be organized, professional, and dependable

Must communicate clearly with families, staff, and leadership

Must be comfortable assisting with paperwork, records, enrollment support, and daily program operations
